RSC12 - Brown bits
The October color for Saturday's RSC12 is BROWN. I have quite a few little brown bits leftover from a placemat project. Not sure how many are in the pile shown below, but there are a lot of them! Certainly enough to be stitched together and turned into something useful like a DishMat. Check out Connie's great tute on how to make one; and here's one I made several months ago. And this is a good project to practice my FMQ on.

I love pinwheels - they seem to always make happy quilts!
Those are cute blocks! They will make a great dish mat.
What cute little leftover bits. It is always so fun to make something useful out of things so many people throw away.
