I really like your blue string blocks. Great colors. It's going to bedelightful to see all these quilts come together being all alike and all different at the same time. Exciting. LOL Also, enjoyed all your other projects. I crochet also, and used that same pattern for a baby quilt a couple of years ago in ALL PINK.Kathy Biggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11157496191293134964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3821947181250411848.post-89164957274596672892011-12-19T21:14:47.795-08:002011-12-19T21:14:47.795-08:00Love the new lingo...string bomb. I really enjoyed making mine and I see no solution about the mess they make unless it is just to get on with the sewing and clean up at the end ... live with it in other words. Your pieces are looking great. I didn't think of that until I was partially done, duh. Was a whole lot easier with the Inklingo seam lines.<br />~Jillian in North DakotaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3821947181250411848.post-40426405323799311352011-12-19T17:34:11.853-08:002011-12-19T17:34:11.853-08:00Cyn, your blocks look great! I had my red strip pile for a week falling all over my sewing room. I went crazy today and scooped everything up. I was worried about cutting my red strings like the one you did in the photo below. I did cut a couple at 5 " instead of 5 1/2 ", that hurt. Merry Christmas!Kerrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17355439382519107029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3821947181250411848.post-35642706844089211442011-12-19T15:59:02.401-08:002011-12-19T15:59:02.401-08:00Great progress so far.
